Halloween is just around the corner and this means that you should pick up the pace and decide who you are cosplaying this year. Remember that it takes a lot of effort and creativity, so you need to decide now to get all the necessary resources.
While you decide, I have a couple of suggestions to share with you, so make sure you read all of them and see which one interests you the most Cosplay. Let’s get started!
Jack Skellington
Any character that is created by Tim Burton is a great idea for a Halloween costume. For my first pick, I would suggest going for The Nightmare Before Christmas. A Jack Skellington costume is pretty easy to do.
All you need is a black suit with white stripes, black and white paint, and a bow tie shaped like a bat and you are good to go! The look is sure to turn heads, so you better prepare yourself for a lot of attention!
Deadpool
BYE BYE BYE!
Deadpool is pretty easy to pull off as well; the superhero costume are easily available in the market! When you get one, just put on the Deadpool suit and do the famous dance! If you want a better look, you can grab two fake guns and a holster too. You can even pair it up with a sword.
The reason why I am suggesting a Deadpool costume is because he is pretty relevant these days, all thanks to the latest Deadpool & Wolverine movies. So if you want to stay up-to-date with the latest trend, then you should definitely dress up as Deadpool!
Wolverine
Since I’ve mentioned Deadpool, it would be unfair if I don’t mention Wolverine here. Wolverine has been around for as long as we can remember. There will always be one Wolverine for everyone, and that is Hugh Jackman!
We’ve watched all Wolverine movies ever since the first X-Men movie dropped, so all of us were stoked when we watched him share the big screen with the Merc with the Mouth, Deadpool! You can easily buy a Wolverine costume, and don’t forget the claws that you can find online as well!
Tate Langdon
If there’s one character that I loved in American Horror Story, it was Tate Langdon from the first season, Murder House. If you follow the series, you’ll see how menacing Tate was, even though he was seemingly a sweet character.
He is also the character that sets the events of Season 8, Apocalypse. Cosplaying as Tate isn’t even that hard; you need to set your hair and do some makeup on your face. You can find images on the internet for reference.
There was a time when Tate was a pretty popular character to cosplay as on Halloween, and I think it is high time to bring that back so that the people who see you also have an instant hit of nostalgia!
The Mad Hatter
This one might be a bit difficult to pull off, but if you do, you will stand out!
The Mad Hatter is one of the most brilliant characters from Alice in Wonderland. Johnny Depp did an amazing job portraying the character in the movie Cosplay.
If you are interested in trying this out for Halloween, you will need some resources that are difficult to make on your own. For instance, you will need an orange wig, a hat, and probably the Mad Hatter costume to get yourself into the vibe. Luckily, you can find all these Cosplay things on websites such as Amazon and AliExpress.
Wednesday Addams
This one isn’t that hard to pull off if you are a girl, you just need to channel your creative side a bit. You need a black frock, black makeup and to put your hair in two braids. You can take inspiration from the hit Netflix show Wednesday as well.
In fact, that is the reason why I am suggesting the idea in the first place. When Wednesday was first released, it had taken the world by storm. Jenna Ortega definitely did a brilliant job and cosplaying as Wednesday really wouldn’t be a bad idea!
Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice just came out and it would be criminal for you not to consider Cosplay as him. That is because he is a very relevant character, making him the best option for you to dress Cosplay up as.
Plus, his look isn’t that hard to pull off either. You can find a wig and a suit online and you are good to go! So, if you want a no-brainer costume idea, then you should consider dressing up as Beetlejuice!
A Bonus Tip
Livestream or post about your Halloween look to enjoy a little social media fame. I did the same and became a social media sensation for a little while. You can even win online competitions for the best Halloween costumes!
On a side note, live-streaming requires a reliable internet and seamless connectivity. If you are looking for one, I recommend looking into Spectrum Internet plans for that!
